Streamlined Manufacturing Process

Witness how iWarehousing handles the production of warehouse storage solutions, practicing professionalism and excellence in every step.

Material Preparation

As we receive the steel from suppliers in rolls, we begin the process by cutting the metal into suitable widths for production using razor-sharp cutting tools. This initial step makes each piece more manageable, increasing production accuracy and speed.

Punching Hole

With the help of precision automatic punchers, holes are punched into the metal sheets at predetermined intervals. The holes give enough space for the shelves to stack and make assembly easier.

Extruding

Rolling mills help shape the hole-filled metal into its desired form, squeezing the metal sheets with carefully calibrated force. The rolling mills ensure the sheet metal doesn’t take any damage during the shaping process.

Welding

To add the hanging claws on the beams, they are welded into place with automatic welding machines. The welded parts are then cleaned to remove excess material that can affect the quality and performance of the final product.

Surface Finishing

After cleaning, the metal parts are treated using a shot blasting machine, removing excess slag and oxide layers on the surface. This gives the parts a smooth and shiny surface, enhancing their appeal and making the next step more effective.

Spraying

The finished parts are then spray-painted using the latest spray-painting equipment, applying color and texture. These are then left to dry, with additional coats sprayed on depending on the production requirements. Spray painting not only adds detail to the final product, but it also acts as a layer of protection from rust, corrosion, and occasional wear.

Testing

Once properly dried, the parts are individually tested using precision tools to guarantee they meet our production standards. These include beam-column joint testing and short column compression testing, with results properly recorded for transparency.

Packaging

Upon meeting quality benchmarks, the assembled storage racks are properly packed and prepared for shipment. While we use basic packaging, we take extra care to make sure they won’t be damaged during transit.

Material Quality and Transparency

iWarehousing uses premium Q235B steel to create your warehouse stacking solutions, carefully procured from reliable material purveyors. We opted for this metal for its superior resistance and hardness at lower temperatures. All materials will undergo strict inspections after being warehoused, and your orders will be manufactured using steel that meets your specified requirements.

Moreover, we practice complete honesty and transparency with our materials and processes. Raw materials are traceable, with each batch given a material report that documents their quality and measurements.
